Monday: 12:00pm Lower Body Circuit (60 min)

Tuesday: 12:00pm Yoga Sculpt (60 min)

Wednesday: 12:00pm Upper Body Circuit (60 min)

Thursday: 12:00pm Vinyasa Yoga (45 min)

Friday: 12:00pm Full Body Circuit (60 min)

Saturday: 8:30am Bodyweight Workout(30 min)

Sunday: Rest Day

  • Members receive access to a class recording library where each class recording is posted to allow you to work out on your schedule.

  • Access to a personal trainer for fitness related questions or guidance.

  • Workouts intentionally designed by a personal trainer to ensure you get the most out of your workouts. By having me design your entire workout program, you will maximize your efforts and minimize overuse of any single muscle group.

  • A single membership extends to your entire household.

  • Zoom links for each class are posted on the website on the “Zoom Links” page. Only members and those that have paid for an individual class in advance will be admitted. The classes will be available for members after each live class for you to take whenever it works in your schedule. The recordings will be available for 30 days following each live class.
