Circuit:

Circuit classes will all be different formats, but will all focus on building strength while keeping your heart rate up by incorporating cardio. All movements have modifications and can be adjusted easily to any fitness level. Each class will have a different focus. Monday will be lower body focussed, Wednesday will be upper body, and Friday will be full body. You will want tennis shoes, weights, an elevated surface (bench, coffee table, chair), and water for class.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa yoga is movement to breath which is focussed on a mind body connection. This class is meant to serve as a change of pace from the intensity of the circuit and yoga sculpt classes. It also increases flexibility and mobility which will assist in recovery from your other workouts. No yoga experience is necessary. You will want a yoga mat and water for class.

This class may be preceded by an optional unguided 30 minutes of cardio. The cardio component can be whatever you have available to you such as jogging, cycling, running stairs, or any cardio machine.

Yoga Sculpt: 

Yoga sculpt is a full body workout which incorporates strength training and cardio into yoga postures. You are essentially getting a great workout while also reaping the benefits of a yoga practice such as mobility and flexibility. No yoga experience is necessary. You will want a yoga mat, a light set of weights, and water for class.
