Get the benefit of following a program designed by a personal trainer with the energy of a group, and save time with the flexibility of being able to workout anywhere anytime virtually.

SashaFIT is a monthly subscription to virtual workouts programmed by a personal trainer (me). Members receive access to six live virtual workouts per week as well as the recording of every workout. This program allows you to train efficiently by alternating muscle group specific circuits (to build strength and endurance) and yoga based classes (to increase mobility and train stabilizing muscles) allowing you to workout with less risk of injury.

Drop In

Not ready for commitment? You can also drop into a live class or purchase an individual class recording. The drop in rate is $10 per live class or recording. Email sasha@sashafit.net to purchase a single class. Payment must be made via Venmo to @sashafit to be admitted to the Zoom meeting.
